H. Schoellkopf Co. of Dallas, Texas was founded in 1869. Makers of
quality saddles and gun leather, they used the registered "White Elephant"
brand trademark until at least 1902. Then they used the "Famous Jumbo
Brand" trademark. They issued their 25th catalog in 1925 and made leather
goods into the 1970's.
