These belt cartridge holders were the cutting edge of their time and they are still a great way to speed load loose rounds. This H. H. Heiser Drop Pouch was named as “Loose Cartridge Box for Revolver Cartridges” when they first appeared in catalog #32 circa 1938. This black H. H. Heiser Drop Pouch is made for 6 individual 38 special cartridges and can be used on a belt 2 ½” wide or less.  This Hermann H. Heiser drop pouch dates from 1938 through 1955 based on the makers mark and catalog research.
